Information for private patients
Our private physiotherapy services are aimed at privately insured patients. Treatment is provided on the basis of a doctor's prescription. We support you with acute or chronic complaints, after operations or injuries – with professional competence, time, and individual attention.
At your first appointment, we ask you to fill out the registration form and the data protection agreement. If you want to save time or complete the formalities from home, you can find a link with the relevant information here.
At your first appointment, you will receive a fee agreement specifying the exact price for the physiotherapy service.
Please check with your health insurance provider regarding coverage of your costs. Your health insurance provider may not cover the full price. The fee agreement applies regardless of reimbursement from your health insurance provider.
The prices for physiotherapy services are based on the GebüTh (fee schedule for therapists) and correspond to 1.5 times the standard rate.

Regardless of your condition, you can take advantage of our preventative services to improve your mobility, body awareness, and overall health. These measures are preventative,non-prescription , and ideal for maintaining your physical balance – for example, in the form of individual treatments, workshops, or accompanying exercise programs.
Health promotion
The preventive measures offered by Cloud5 are certified by the Central Testing Center for Prevention. You will receive a subsidy from your statutory health insurance provider. Please inform them in advance about the reimbursement amount.
