Yoga is one of the oldest teachings and methods that deals with the body, mind and soul (approximately 3500 years).
Through yoga you can achieve the following positive effects:

At our practice, you can look forward to high-quality facilities. Windows in the classroom and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant stay. Yoga equipment such as yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps are available at Cloud 5.

• DANCING releases happiness hormones such as dopamine and endorphins
• DANCING trains the brain through movement, touch and music like no other leisure activity
• DANCING lowers cortisol levels and thus helps against stress
• DANCING reduces the risk of dementia
Yes, you are welcome to come to class alone. No, you don't need a dance partner, as this is a solo class. This means each participant dances on their own.
You will learn all the relevant steps that will make you shine on the dance floor.
Bachata classes: sneakers, Zumba shoes, jazz dance shoes or dance sneakers (flat shoes).
Yoga classes: Cloud 5 provides yoga equipment (yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga blanket, yoga strap, and bolster).
If you need additional support for the Yin Yoga class, please bring your own pillow etc.
You are welcome to bring your meditation bench, etc. for meditation practice.
General: Always bring something to drink! Please use glass-free bottles in the classroom! Bring a towel.
At Cloud 5, the following courses are certified by the Central Testing Center for Prevention (the collection point for health insurance companies):
