The original form of Bachata, which originated in the Dominican Republic, is the subject of this class. You'll learn the Bachata steps in a playful way and internalize them so that you'll be able to dance freely over time. You don't need a dance partner, as each participant dances independently.

A unique format that, through yoga practice, first guides you to peace and self-discovery, allowing you to let go of everyday stress and return to activity and vitality in the second part of the class. Look forward to an interesting class.

Look forward to a colorful mix of different Bachata styles. Bachata Dominicana, Bachata Moderna, and Bachata Tango can be part of the class.

Did you know that a sense of rhythm is something we’re born with?
Everyone is capable of following a rhythm. When you dance, you enhance your sense of rhythm and activate various processes in your body:
Your cognitive flexibility is maintained, whilst your emotional regulation, motor skills and interoception are improved. Your self-confidence is boosted, and your balance and coordination are improved. Your lung capacity increases, your heart muscle is exercised, fat is burned, your fascia remains supple, your muscles are strengthened, your flexibility is maintained, blood circulation is improved and your immune system is strengthened. Happiness and bonding hormones are released in greater quantities and your metabolism is stimulated.
