My name is Ramona. I'm a nurse and I'm passionate about volunteering for the Rheumatism League.

Following the motto “Stabilization is everything!” I have studied and furthered training methods for stabilizing and strengthening the body in depth.

As an empathetic and understanding instructor, I recognize the participants' current needs and adapt the class accordingly. Look forward to a modern, unique, and interesting course format focusing on the topics of "freedom of movement, stability, and flexibility."
