Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, I will refund all payments received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which I received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay me an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify me of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the trader has fully provided the service and has only begun to perform the service after the consumer has given their express consent and simultaneously confirmed their knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the trader.
