My philosophy of life is:

My name is Martin Haar. I am a curious person, a seeker, and a companion. After studying philosophy and political science, I worked as an editor at the Stuttgarter Nachrichten/Stuttgarter Zeitung for over 20 years. Today, I own a small communications agency and also work in areas that connect body, mind, and soul .

As a yoga teacher, grief counselor, Reiki master and teacher, sound healer and DFB-licensed football coach, I accompany people in very different life situations: in movement, in silence, in crises, in change, in development.

All these paths have led me to a simple but profound motto for life: We all are one.
