A. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering, participants accept the following "General Terms and Conditions" of Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching. (For ease of reading, gender has not been specified. Naturally, this applies to all genders):
1. Registration
Registration for a course with Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching must be made in writing: using our registration form by mail or fax, by email, or via the online form at www.cloud5-leonberg.de. Registrations will be accepted in the order they are received. After registration, participants will receive a written reservation confirmation by mail or email to the address they provided. The course fee must be transferred to the following account only after receipt of the registration confirmation and invoice:

2. Withdrawal
Registration, whether by mail, fax, email, or via the online form, is binding. Participants may withdraw from the course without giving any reason up to 6 weeks before the start of the course.
In the event of a later withdrawal, regardless of the reason, the following (pro rata) course fee is due:

6 to 4 weeks before the course start: 50% of the course fee
4 to 2 weeks before the course start: 75% of the course fee
2 to 0 weeks before the course start: 100% of the course fee

Cancellation must be made in writing. If you cancel within the 6-week period, a substitute participant can be named to take the place on the course.
If the date of a course changes due to circumstances beyond Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching's control, no new cancellation option will arise for the alternative date according to the criteria outlined here.
If a participant does not attend the course or withdraws during the course, a refund of the course fee is excluded.
We expressly point out the option of taking out seminar insurance.
3. Cancellation or Change of Courses
Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching is committed to careful planning and implementation of its advanced training courses.
If a course cannot be held, particularly due to insufficient registrations, illness or other inability of the instructor, or due to an event of force majeure, participants will be informed.
If Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching is not responsible for the cancellation of the course, the contract between Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching and the course participant remains in effect. Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching remains obligated to organize the course, and the participant is obligated to pay the course fee. Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching will reschedule the canceled course at an alternative date to be announced.
There is no further claim for damages.
Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching reserves the right to change the course schedule at any time. This particularly applies to changing instructors and rescheduling lessons.
4. Security Notice
Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching endeavors to process participants' personal data in such a way that it is not accessible to third parties by utilizing all technical and organizational possibilities. Complete data security cannot be guaranteed when communicating via email, so we recommend sending confidential information by post. 5. Liability
Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching is only liable for personal injury and property damage in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of its legal representatives and senior employees.
Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching is only liable for the negligence of other vicarious agents to the extent of liability for slight negligence. Liability for slight negligence is only possible if a duty is breached whose compliance is of particular importance for achieving the purpose of the contract (cardinal duty). In the event of a breach of a cardinal duty, liability is limited to the amount of damage typically foreseeable under the contract. Any further liability for damages, in particular liability without fault, is excluded.
The participant is responsible for securing their own insurance coverage (accident, liability, etc.). The participant stays in the event premises at their own risk. When performing application demonstrations and exercises on patients or other persons, participants act at their own risk.
If damage is due to both the fault of Christina Stidinger Dance & Coaching and the fault of the participant, the participant must bear his or her own responsibility.
